How long before orders are dispatched?

We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If demand is high like during launches, holidays, or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

⚠️ Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect info can cause delays.


How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We use ground shipping services like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Express options may be available at checkout, 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Note: “Ground Advantage” and similar names are shipping service names, not guaranteed delivery times.

Sometimes there are carrier delays outside of our control.


Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 72 hours.

You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Delivered But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
